Bowen Family Homes announced today that it will begin building 43 new homes this month. The new construction will include spec homes and presale homes in 11 of their communities.

Bowen Family Homes announced today that it will begin building 43 new homes this month. The new construction will include spec homes and presale homes in 11 of their communities. New construction is being scheduled at Autumnbrooke, Berkeley Chase, Brynfield-Woodvale, Caswell Overlook, Deerfield Green, Hanover Place, Preserve at Johns Creek, Kensington Creek Manor, McGinnis Reserve, Stonehaven Pointe and Willoughby Cove.

“We are thrilled to be building at a time when there is not much construction happening in the Atlanta area,” said Kelly Fink, marketing director at Bowen Family Homes. “I think that each one of these communities will offer something unique for the homeowner. I don’t expect these homes to be on the market long as they will be move-in ready by spring.”

Autumnbrooke in Buford is a beautiful single family two-story home community starting at $159,900. Homeowners can choose between two different 1,848 square foot models. Children living in Autumnbrooke attend Harmony Elementary, Glenn C. Jones Middle and Mill Creek High schools.

Berkeley Chase is a gated, two-story brick townhome community located in Norcross. Residents can pick from four floorplans that range in size from 1,755 square feet to 1,865 square feet. The townhomes are affordably priced from $219,000. Children who live in Berkeley Chase will attend Berkeley Lake Elementary, Duluth Middle and Duluth High schools.

The exclusive gated community of Brynfield-Woodvale located in Suwanee features two-story single family homes ranging in size from 2,061 square feet to 2,648 square feet. Homes are priced from $189,900 to $250,000. Children residing in this community attend Walnut Grove Elementary, Creekland Middle School and Collins Hill High School.

The Marietta community of Caswell Overlook features brick luxury townhomes and is located in a private wooded setting conveniently near I-75 and I-285. The community features four floorplans that range in size from 1,829 square feet to 1,865 square feet. Homes start at $179,000. Families in this community are served by the Cobb County School Systems of Dunleith Elementary, Marietta Middle, and Marietta High schools.

Located in Milton in North Fulton County, Deerfield Green is a Brownstone style townhome community. McGinnis Reserve, a single-family home community, located in Suwanee, offers multiple floorplans to choose from that range in price from $329,000 to $400,000. Children who live in McGinnis Reserve will attend Level Creek Elementary, North Gwinnett Middle and North Gwinnett High schools.

The unique master planned community of Stonehaven Pointe in Cumming offers two story single family homes starting at $169,900. Homes range in size from 1652 square feet to 2271 square feet. Potential homeowners can choose between 12 home designs. Children in Stonehaven will attend Whitlow Elementary, Otwell Middle and Forsyth Central High schools.
