Today, Salefish announced the official launch of their new iPad application, to assist sales teams in accessing and seeing available models and lots within newly released housing communities.
The newly released home builder sales software built for the iPad allows immediate access to see what homes have been sold and what is still available. Both sale prospects and realtor teams can access a central database in real-time to check for model and lot info from any location with internet access.
"With large crowds of eager buyers access to real time information such as availability and up to the minute pricing is critical in closing the deal. Also being able to execute sales agreements quickly makes the home buying process seamless," says Rick Haws, Managing Partner at Salefish.
A second component of the Salefish sales system is a highly interactive site table with a large flat screen which sits in the showroom or sales office floor. Both the iPad App and Site Table access a live database which show available model and lots combinations.
"People of all ages and both sides of the home buying process have embraced this new technology," Rick Haws says.
The iPad App is also available for Condo Sales and has similar features found in the Home Builder Sales App.
