(PRWEB) October 09, 2013 -- Dr. Bush comes to Boynton Beach from the renowned East Carolina Heart Institute in Greenville, North Carolina where he completed a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive & Robotic Cardiac Surgery at the International Robotic Training Center. The Robotic Center is recognized for being at the forefront of advanced robotic surgery and minimally invasive cardiac surgery, with over 700 surgical teams from around the world receiving their training in robotic techniques for robotic cardiac and mitral valve procedures over the last 10 years.
Dr. Bush obtained his Medical Degree at Albany Medical College in New York, where he also completed his Residency in General Surgery. He continued his training with a Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Rochester, in New York, before going to East Carolina Heart Institute.
Having received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, Dr. Bush earned a Masters of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
