Transite's Contract Manager integrates with a carrier's existing billing and pricing applications to provide real-time customer pricing information and administration. Further, as a core function, Contract Manager provides very easy management of all pricing contracts. Contract Manager's user interface is highly optimized to administer tens of thousands of customer pricing agreements, and its architecture allows it to scale to hundreds of thousands of agreements and rating requests.
In addition to carriers, across broader transportation management systems used by shippers, brokers and 3PLs, the rating capabilities in Contract Manager are designed to encompass 100% of any rating need.
This includes:
- All Parcel and LPL pricing (density, dimensions, weight, CWT, MWT,) including all UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS pricing
- All LTL pricing (skid, pup, mileage, geography, etc.)
- All TL pricing (mileage, trip, geography)
- Fuel surcharges can be configured for automatic updating by customer parameters or by global parameters.
- All accessorials are completely customizable by any type of charge (weight, trip, mile, %, unit, etc.)
