Da Vinci Robot Lawsuit Update: Bernstein Liebhard LLP Comments on Latest Report to Question Marketing Claims for the Da Vinci Surgical System

Intuitive Surgical disclosed in a regulatory filing released over the summer that it had been named in at least 33 da Vinci robot lawsuits that allege the device caused patients to suffer serious, and in some cases deadly, robotic surgery complications.
