Daniel Brousseau Joins West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience Practice From Forrester Research

Brousseau has 25 years of management consulting and industry experience, and most recently was a vice president and consulting director at Forrester Research, where he launched and led the customer experience and digital strategy consulting practice.
Brousseau brings deep expertise in a range of areas related to customer experience and digital transformation, including strategy development, governance, experience design, customer insights and measurement, and organizational change. During his career, Brousseau has led hundreds of customer experience strategy, technology, and innovation engagements and major transformation initiatives across Fortune 500, mid-market and start-up firms. His industry expertise includes banking, healthcare, and energy and utilities.

Brousseau’s professional experience includes founding a successful boutique customer experience consultancy; launching and leading Genuine Health, the U.S. subsidiary of a Canadian consumer products brand; establishing a strategic partners function at Fair Issac Corporation (FICO); and holding leadership positions at Bridge Strategy Group, Renaissance Strategy, and SRI International.
The addition of Brousseau to the San Francisco team is part of a multi-year strategy for West Monroe to expand its capabilities, particularly in the Bay Area. The firm recently moved to a new location at 100 First Street to accommodate its rapid growth in the area.
