Miller will speak on “The Strategic Asset Board,” during the NACD course next week in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
NACD Director Professionalism® courses cover all of the fundamental skills that directors need to be successful board members that impact their organizations’ effectiveness. The course, which takes place over two days, is highly interactive and led by accomplished directors and corporate governance experts located throughout the United States. The agenda for the December 8-9 course includes a mixture of panel discussions, case studies, keynote presentations and networking opportunities for attendees.
