Dr. Jay Greenstein Included On List of 2013 Top Chiropractors
Fairfax, Virginia (PRWEB) August 18, 2013 -- The August issue of The Northern Virginia Magazine features an article titled "The Ins and Outs of Chiropractic Care" written by Rebecca Norris. The article is a great summary on the benefits that chiropractic care has on improving the health and well-being of the everyday person and chiropractic as a drug free alternative to reducing pain.
In the article Ms. Norris cites many Northern Virginia chiropractors, however most notable to us was Dr. Shoshana Sevel of our own Sport and Spine Rehab of Fairfax.
“De-conditioned muscles, sedentary lifestyle and jobs that make people sit for hours on end can cause pain. Most of the time people don’t have ‘time’ for problems and end up taking medicine to temporarily mask the pain when they could be fixing the problem,” said Dr. Sevel.
The magazine also surveyed area chiropractors asking them who they thought was the best in the field in the Northern Virginia area, and Dr. Jay Greenstein was one of a group of chiropractors who received the most nominations.

In addition to being the CEO of Sport and Spine Rehab which has seven locations in the suburban Washington D.C. area including three in Northern Virginia and four in Maryland, Dr. Greenstein is actively working to improve peoples' lives through other efforts as well like Sport and Spine Rehab Clinical Research Foundation and Kaizenovation Consulting. He is also very active in the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association and the Maryland Chiropractic Association serving on a number of committees. He also serves in other capacities such as the State of Maryland’s Governor’s Office of Health Care Reform, Essential Health Benefits Committee; the Federation of International Sports Chiropractic, Research Commission; and the Chiropractic Summit, Government Relations Committee just to name a few.
