Previously, he was vice president of Utility Solutions at EnerNOC; held senior marketing positions at Puget Energy Services, DoubleClick, and Southwall Technologies; and was president and CEO of Primen, a subsidiary of the Electric Power Research Institute.
Cameron Brooks, president of E9 Insight, has spent more than two decades at the cutting edge of energy markets and environmental advocacy. He has held senior positions with smart grid, renewable energy, and energy-efficiency firms and has deep experience with public policy, capital markets, and electricity regulation. Previously, Brooks served as vice president of policy for Tendril, vice president of resource development at Renewable Choice Energy, and director at the Clean Energy States Alliance. Brooks is the founder of Tolerable Planet Enterprises, a strategic advisory firm.
Dennis Crumb, president of optimalCX Solutions, is a nationally recognized speaker and authority on the subject of web and mobile self-service as well as customer marketing, engagement, and satisfaction. Previously, he was the senior web architect for Avista Utilities, leading the development and execution of the company’s award-winning website.
