These partnerships greatly enhance our owners’ visits to their second home in Santa Fe, and it is a productive way for area businesses to help promote each other.

The Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe continues to enhance its popular partnership program with some of Santa Fe’s best restaurants, golf courses, art galleries, and spas. These partners offer attractive discounts to owners of Santa Fe’s only downtown, fractional ownership property. New partners include Mark White Gallery, Galisteo Bistro, and Vino del Corazon.

El Corazon owners can now enjoy a 20 percent discount when dining at nearby Galisteo Bistro. Owned by chef Robert and Marge Chickering, Galisteo Bistro serves international cuisine utilizing local, seasonal, and organic ingredients.

Mark White Gallery, located on Canyon Road, specializes in kinetic sculptures and painted engravings. El Corazon typically hosts owner cocktail receptions throughout the summer, and White is expected to be in attendance at one that will serve as a meet-and-greet with owners and guests. Mark White Gallery will also offer El Corazon owners sneak previews of their openings.

Vino del Corazon Wine Room, located near Santa Fe’s famed Plaza, offers an intimate tasting room to sample local wines, including a merlot, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, and a blush. Owners Erica and Richard Hart will provide wines for El Corazon to place in residences for special occasions such as holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries.

“Our owners have sophisticated tastes when it comes to art, cuisine, and wine, making Vino del Corazon, Galisteo Bistro, and Mark White Gallery great additions to our partnership program,” says Rob Harper, El Corazon’s development manager. “These partnerships greatly enhance our owners’ visits to their second home in Santa Fe, and it is a productive way for area businesses to help promote each other.”

Additional dining partners offering 15 to 20 percent discounts to El Corazon owners include The Bull Ring, La Boca, La Casa Sena, Mauka, O’Keeffe Café, Osteria d’Assisi, and Rio Chama. Towa Golf Resort is offering a $30 discount on green fees, plus ten percent off in the pro shop and restaurants.

El Corazon de Santa Fe is the area’s first downtown private residence club, offering shared ownership with virtually unlimited use. Owners receive a one-eighth deeded interest in their residence, which can be sold, willed, or placed in a trust just like any other form of real estate. Fully furnished, two-bedroom residences start at $130,000.

The adobe-style vacation property is conveniently located across the street from the new Santa Fe Convention Center, and is
within walking distance of the famous Plaza, countless boutiques, art galleries, museums, and restaurants.
Owners can plan vacations in advance and make reservations on a short-notice and space-available basis.
