Filippi Insurance Agency Announces Grassroots Charity Effort to Collect and Distribute Warm Clothing to Underprivileged Families in Wake County
Fuquay-Varina, NC (PRWEB) August 15, 2016 -- Filippi Insurance Agency, a North Carolina-based insurance and financial planning firm serving communities throughout the greater Raleigh metropolitan area, is announcing a charity drive on behalf of the Clothing Closet, a local charity that provides warm clothing to families in need.
Started in 2013 by volunteers at the First United Methodist Church of Fuquay-Varina, the Clothing Closet is a community supported clothing warehouse that provides warm clothing during winter months to those in the Raleigh area who are struggling financially. Thanks to partnerships with nearby schools, the Clothing Closet also works to provide underprivileged schoolchildren with seasonal clothing.
