Fireball Mountain Laser Tag, A Mission-Specific Laser Tag Facility, Announces Expanded Availability For Corporate Team Building
Wrightstown, New Jersey, PRWeb, May 11, 2016 (PRWEB) May 11, 2016 -- Robert Peppard, the first to open an outdoor laser tag facility in the United States, has changed his New Jersey facility schedule to now offer more weekdays for corporate team building exercises. “This is based on demand,” said Peppard, “and we have seen such gratifying results for our corporate clients that we are happy to expand our facility schedule to accommodate more time for them.”
Fireball Mountain is a destination south of Freehold in central New Jersey, in the heart of farm country. It is open weekends from early April through mid-December, and on week days by appointment. “Although laser tag started as entertainment for young people, it quickly evolved into a challenging exercise for adults that requires leadership ability, split-second decision making, and team strategy planning. In recent years we have seen enormous growth in this area, and we ourselves are challenged to reformat our games based on specific goals set by our corporate clients,” said Robert Peppard. Fireball Mountain has developed an office profiling template for corporate planning prior to their event that asks about participant age, physical ability, etc. so that every team member will have a role to play toward the common purpose.
Fireball Mountain Laser Tag continues to offer facility booking for birthday parties and summer camps. Historically Fireball Mountain will host 140 summer camps for such groups as New Jersey Dare, Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCA, and Jewish Community Centers. The staff at Fireball Mountain also goes on location to create laser tag challenges for in-home private parties throughout their season. Walk-in availability can be checked daily on the Fireball Mountain website. Robert Peppard has traveled to many other locations both domestically and internationally to consult on the design and implementation of laser tag facilities similar to his at Fireball Mountain, most recently to Gateway Canyons Resort in Colorado, a destination retreat owned by Discovery Channel founder John Hendricks.
“At its heart, laser tag is just a simple, fun team experience for kids of all ages. But we design all our “games” around these four components: cooperation, communication, coordination and collaboration. Every team will have to practice these to win--at any age.
