A graduate of Albany Law School, Mr. Taldone is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator, a U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, Certified Mediator, and is both an Employment Arbitrator and Mediator with the American Arbitration Association. He primarily handles civil matters including personal injury, commercial disputes (such as securities and investment disputes), and insurance disputes, as well as real estate transactions including residential and commercial properties. He is admitted to practice in the states of Florida, New Jersey, New York and California, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
