Fosmire will lead in developing and delivering organizational capabilities and services that help customers better navigate value-based care, maintain a successful practice, and deliver exceptional care to patients.
With more than a decade of experience serving in customer success roles, including seven years in healthcare IT, Fosmire is an experienced senior leader focused on delighting customers, prioritizing their issues and elevating their achievements. He has led large teams in both consumer and business-to-business applications, fueled by his belief that organizational success depends on customer satisfaction at every level.

Fosmire joins Greenway as the company celebrates high customer marks and multiple distinctions in the 2019 Best in KLAS: Software & Services report. Intergy, the company’s cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution, was recently named KLAS’ most improved physician practice product for mid-sized providers due to its customer satisfaction responses and overall value against competitive solutions. Intergy saw a 19% increase in overall score, while Greenway Revenue Services was noted as the top-ranked choice for revenue cycle management (RCM) for providers.

Most recently, Fosmire served as vice president of customer success at Kareo, and previously held the role of senior vice president of client success at NextGen Healthcare. Fosmire obtained his Bachelor of Arts from California State University-Long Beach and also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of La Verne in southern California.
