Former Edgenet Executives Return, Pledge To Recreate Culture Of Customer Focus
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) July 08, 2014 -- On June 16, three former executives finalized a purchase of their former employer, outflanking other bidders for the cloud-based technology innovator Edgenet Inc. (http://www.edgenet.com).
Edgenet’s new executive team includes Chief Executive Officer Steve Proctor, Chief Operating Officer Tim Stafford and Chief Financial Officer Chris Dowdy.
Proctor, Stafford and Dowdy were top executives at Edgenet during its peak growth period from 1999 to 2008. Now, Proctor and Stafford return to Edgenet from Oracle, where Proctor was recognized as one of its top 1% performers. Dowdy recently served as CFO for customer care operations at Asurion.

Spalding, former Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Vanguard Health Systems, Inc.; and the executive team.
