And that is not the only function the Ultragloss LMS has to offer. The LMS is available to franchisees even after they complete training. They have access to the videos and tutorials to assist them with everyday business needs. They can access the LMS from any computer with an internet connection. “I really enjoy this feature of the business,” says Greg Todd, Ultragloss franchisee, “I can look over my work orders for the next day and log on the system and review the process before I perform it on the lot.”
“The automotive appearance industry is constantly changing. When new techniques or tools emerge, we want to test them and share our findings with our franchisees,” says Marble, “We have the ability to share these updates through our LMS, negating the need for expensive travel and training seminars.”
