In her local area, professionally certified Emily trains one-on-one fitness adapted personally to each of her in-studio clients, and also teaches boot camp classes. Just as in the boot camps, the online video workouts are meant for each trainee to adapt to their personal ability, in accord with their fitness and flexibility levels. For instance, while some clients may push through a full 20-rep set of standard push ups, others may have to do ten, from their knees. Totally fine!

The workouts are always new and different from the previous sessions, an effective standard of Emily's training that continues to shock the body and produce incredible results for her clients.

Regarding the online workouts, Emily says "there is nothing flashy and fancy about these videos, and there doesn't need to be. I have my clients blast through the workouts in an average of 20 minutes. It's gritty and challenging, but addictive and effective. With each video workout I provide a written summary of the workout in case the ladies want to take it to the gym after watching the short video workout summary."

The one thing all of Emily's consistent clients have in common is that they have all dropped sizes significantly. One of her weekly fixtures, Kim, jokes "If Emily ever tried to quit training, we girls would drive up in a van and kidnap her and hold her hostage to train us forever."

It's a love-hate relationship, but Emily keeps them focused and works them hard and the results are conclusive.
