Fundraiser for SSM Cardinal Glennon Offers Discounts for Over 280 St. Louis Businesses
Saint Louis, Missouri (PRWEB) October 28, 2013 -- The Glennon Guild, a fundraising entity of SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center, has partnered with over 280 local businesses to offer 20% discounts on clothing, restaurants, entertainment, and more. The card costs $50 to purchase, and 100% of proceeds directly benefit the kids at SSM Cardinal Glennon. The card is valid for use from October 25 – November 3, 2013.
The Glennon Guild approached local software company, Unidev, and asked them to develop a user-friendly mobile website to promote their fundraising efforts in the St. Louis area. The mobile website needed to be easy-to-use, provide information about the fundraiser, and give card holders the ability to find a merchant near them. Unidev focused on providing a mobile-friendly home page that gives visitors the option to learn how the card works, buy a card, and find a merchant. The ‘Find Merchants’ functionality allows card holders to search for a merchant near their current location, or search by merchant name or type.
