Greenberg Traurig’s Amber J. Münck Appointed by Mayor Michael Hancock to Denver Preschool Program Board of Advisors
DENVER (PRWEB) June 24, 2014 -- Amber J. Münck, a litigation shareholder in the Denver office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP received approval by Mayor Hancock and the Denver City Council on June 9 for confirmation to the Denver Preschool Program Board of Advisors.

The Denver Preschool Program helps all Denver families, regardless of income, pay for their children to attend a high-quality preschool of their choice. Since voters approved the Denver Preschool Program in 2006, it has quickly grown to become one of the highest enrolled programs of its kind anywhere in the country; 70 percent of Denver’s 4-year-olds participate each year.
Münck focuses her practice on a range of complex litigation matters, including employment issues, defense of numerous nationwide class actions, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, trademark and copyright infringement, and real estate and contract disputes.
Münck assisted in the defense of a former high-ranking Enron executive in his white-collar criminal trial and in numerous civil proceedings. In addition, she was a member of the trial team for a Fortune 500 international entertainment and media company in the longest running dispute in Los Angeles County, arising out of the company's licensing and merchandising rights of a well-known cartoon character.
