Keynote presenters are Peter Marathas, Esq, Compliance Director, Benefit Advisors Network (BAN) and David Konrad, Vice President and Program Manager of Roundstone.

Peter has been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in the practice of employee benefits and compensation law. He assists his clients with issues arising under the various laws and regulations governing these types of arrangements including ERISA, COBRA and HIPAA. Peter received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, magna cum laude, and his M.A. from Bradley University, cum laude.

David has over 15 years of financial sales, management, and operations experience. He is responsible for the program development, design, structure, sales, and marketing of various P&C and L&H Roundstone group, single parent, DRP, and other captive programs. Dave received his Masters of International Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from The Ohio State University.
