The transition to the new name, including re-branding, will be completed by April 14th, 2014. The evolution of Heritage Lending Group began with the acquisition by Heritage Financial Group Limited (Heritage Financial) of an equity interest in VERICO Boomerang Financial Inc. in late 2013. As a member of the Heritage Financial Group of companies, the Heritage Lending Group intends to align its message and services in a manner that strengthens its ties with the other companies, which already possess a loyal client base of over 440,000 Canadian families.
