Inventors Develop Furniture Accessory for Supporting Items (IPL-432)
PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) December 07, 2017 -- The creation of a prototype for the Adjustable Sofa Tray was, "To have an aesthetically appealing piece of furniture that would allow food, coffee, beverages and other small items nearby to be placed when I was sitting down," said the inventors from Indianapolis, Ind.
"I devised this supportive accessory with an adjustable slide to be able to fit most armrests on a piece of furniture. The tray is made of solid wood with a metal inlay adjustable slide."
The patent pending tray supports snacks, drinks and other items in a stable position. It eliminates the need to rest such items on the floor, helping to cut down on spills and messes. The accessory is also a space-saver, eliminating the need for a side table, ensuring that the surrounding area remains neat and tidy.
The original design was submitted to the Indianapolis office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
