It’s Summertime, Which Means Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey’s Back to the Boardwalk Sweepstakes is Back
Newark, NJ (PRWEB) July 07, 2014 -- Nothing is more identifiably “New Jersey” than our state’s beloved shore, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) believes that families should have the opportunity to experience a true Jersey shore summer vacation. Horizon BCSBNJ’s second annual “Back to the Boardwalk” sweepstakes will send one lucky family to beautiful Lavallette for a rent-free week in a shore-front house just steps from the boardwalk.
The sweepstakes is open to all New Jersey residents, 25 or older.* Residents can enter by visiting the Horizon BCBSNJ Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/HorizonBCBSNJ from July 7, 2014 through August 3, 2014.
“With the sand between your toes and the ocean breeze in your hair, a family vacation down the Jersey shore is a perfect way to spend a care-free week,” said William D. Georges, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Horizon BCBSNJ. “The Back to the Boardwalk sweepstakes began as a way to support the shore communities after Superstorm Sandy, but will be a new summer tradition celebrating an iconic New Jersey pastime.”
In the inaugural Back to the Boardwalk sweepstakes in 2013, Pennington resident Karen Breimann and her family won the Jersey shore vacation prize.
“We enjoyed an extraordinary week of sun and fun,” Breimann said. “Our vacation at the Lavallette beach house was the perfect family getaway, and we left with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.”
This year’s sweepstakes winner will be selected on August 6 and announced on August 23. The winner will enjoy a week’s vacation (August 23 – 30, 2014) at a four-bedroom beachfront house in Lavallette.
*Entrants must be 25 years of age or older and a legal resident of New Jersey, or a member of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as of July 7, 2014, excluding those members who are residents of Rhode Island, New York or Florida.
