JCDA Announces Sterling, Virginia Engineering Company Relocating to Burr Business Park in Jefferson County, West Virginia
Jefferson County, West Virginia (PRWEB) May 31, 2014 -- Advanced Asphalt Technologies, LLC (AAT), a small engineering company that specializes in providing state-of the-art services to the asphalt paving industry, recently broke ground in the Burr Business Park, a 400-acre prime small business development located in Jefferson County, West Virginia, less than 90 minutes from Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland, and 45 minutes from Dulles International Airport. Kubic Construction of Kearneysville will begin work on the 5,500-square-foot building immediately. Construction is scheduled to be completed by mid-summer.
Founded in 1994, AAT has served clients in the United States and overseas, including Norway and Romania. The employee-owned company consists of two engineers and three technicians, including Harpers Ferry resident Bob Bennett. The entire AAT staff is devoted to the commercial application of the latest and best technologies in the design, construction and performance testing of paving materials structures.
