Blackberry quarterly numbers are made public Thursday March 28, 2013. They just started to make their new device and operating system available to various markets worldwide.

That is why this quarter will not show the impact. We will have to wait until next quarter to see whether they are making headway or not.

Wireless analyst Jeff Kagan says, “Blackberry may be on everyones mind, but we won’t know whether this new operating system and handset is a hit or a miss until next quarters report.”

“I hope everyone realizes this and is not expecting any news this quarter. I think we should all expect the same dismal report this time. The big question is what’s next? The next quarter will be a sign. Is Blackberry heading in the right direction or not? We’ll have to wait and see. Blackberry now has a solid quarter to make some progress. I hope they do.” Says Jeff Kagan Principal Analyst.
