I can’t reveal the name behind it but we are now in the works of closing on a boxing gym deal for the former two time lightweight and featherweight champion of the world.

With its newest placement and creation of the Evolution Muay Thai Gym, JSN Properties owner Jeff Nissani continues to dominate the world of Gym brokerage in Manhattan. Evolution already has a lineup of top tier Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu fighters in its membership base and is quickly rising to the status of number one MMA gym in manhattan.

There have been very few gyms dedicated to MMA in Manhattan due to the fact that the sport has not reached competition approval yet in New York City which is expected to change this year. Officials are now pushing for the legalization of MMA competition in light of the fact that the anticipated potential revenues generated from competitions would greatly contribute to the city’s economy at a much needed time.

Riding this train of gym openings is Jeff Nissani who owns the commercial real estate brokerage JSN Properties. “The reason I am a go to guy for this specific niche of deals is because I fully understand the ins and outs of gym deals which are very complicated in Manhattan due to zoning requirements and certificate of occupancy changes and because I have been practicing martial arts for over 23 years and know many of the players” said Jeff Nissani.

When asked about potential future deals on the horizon Jeff Nissani said “I can’t reveal the name behind it but I am now in the works of closing on a boxing gym deal for the former two time lightweight and featherweight champion of the world. The facility will be one of the largest facilities in Manhattan and will cater to pro and amateur fighters as well as the corporate crowd looking to get away from traditional forms of excercise”.
