I want to help MRF grow so that no racer has to ever worry about what might happen to his/her family in the event of a catastrophe.

Onderko Motorsports is extremely pleased to announce that Justin Onderko has been named to the prestigious role of being branded as the face as well as the voice of the Motorsports Rehabilitation Foundation.

This comes after talks that were just recently completed by both organizations. This role for the Onderko Motorsports driver is nothing new; Justin Onderko has been a national spokesperson for Race Against Drugs since 2005. In 2011 the up and coming driver was named as the Race Against Drugs National Spokesperson of the Year at the Performance Racing Industry Trade Show in Orlando, FL for his efforts in talking to our nation’s youth about living a healthy lifestyle.

Executive Director for MRF, Scott G. Lynn commented on the foundations recently formed partnership, “The Motorsports Rehabilitation Foundation (MRF) is thrilled about its new partnership with Onderko Motorsports. Since our meeting with Justin and Mike Onderko this month and their reaction to our cause we knew that this would be a great collaboration. Being that the Motorsports Rehabilitation Foundation is in its infancy and just starting to gain recognition, the partnership with Onderko Motorsports is exactly what MRF needs to bring awareness to its great cause of helping those in the Motorsports Community.”

Michael Onderko, Team Owner of Onderko Motorsports is extremely pleased to be associated with the Motorsports Rehabilitation Foundation and more so to have their driver be the face and voice of the foundation. Onderko commented, “After talking with Scott and Michele about the foundation and why it was formed I couldn't be more excited to be associated with these folks. They do great work; this Foundation needs to be brought into racing’s main stream and I am glad our team can help move it in that direction. The concept that Scott and Michele have developed is long overdue for racing but more importantly for the grass roots racer. To have our team’s drivers as the face and voice of this much needed cause makes me very proud.”

Michele L. Randall, Director for the foundation shared her thoughts on the newly formed partnership with Onderko Motorsports, “The Motorsports Rehabilitation Foundation is here to give back to the racing community when they are in need. Anyone involved in motorsports has seen the risks that are apart of motorsports and truly understands what MRF is here to do. Onderko Motorsports expressed their understanding of the profound need for this cause in motorsports and we are very proud of this partnership.”

Justin Onderko commented on his new role for the foundation, “More than anything, I'm proud to be partnered with MRF. What Scott and Michele are doing is such a wonderful thing for the motorsports community; I had to be part of it. I want to help MRF grow so that no racer has to ever worry about what might happen to his/her family in the event of a catastrophe.” Onderko summarized his thoughts, “I am grateful to Scott and Michele for giving me this opportunity to represent MRF and its vision. Many racers know someone who has been injured, if not been injured ourselves. It’s frightening when the medical bills start piling up after a racing accident; but to know that a foundation like MRF exists gives me peace of mind. I know my wife and family are glad that the Foundation exists.”

The Motorsports Rehabilitation Foundation and Onderko Motorsports are eager to start work on marketing plans for the foundation. Right out of the box both organizations are looking to have the up and coming road racer do a series of motorsports radio interviews as well as several video spots to spread the word about just what MRF is all about.
