Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 18, 2014 -- After months of research and development, Aspex Solutions today announced the all new Applicant Profile, a major update to their popular AppliTrack K12 Talent Management platform which is currently used in 1 in 5 school systems throughout the United States in addition to over one hundred park districts and municipalities.
Beginning on Thursday, February 20th, AppliTrack users will have the first look at the Applicant Profile which includes many, first to the market, new features:
- The Quick Look to instantly see basic demographic and qualifications information on an individual job seeker in addition to a preview of their resume.
- A Virtual Portfolio which provides previews to documents and artifacts provided by the job seeker including sample lesson plans, cover letter, transcripts, certification materials, and more
- The Interview Manager which provides easy access to the interviews for which a job seeker has had within the organization and the evaluations associated with those interviews
In addition to these new features, the new Applicant Profile will allow hiring officials to quickly compare the qualifications of job seekers by doing side-by-side comparisons of job seekers who have similar qualifications.
