De La Rue International has completed the global rollout of TrueContext’s Pronto forms solution throughout its Field Mobility team. By replacing paper forms with an electronic handheld solution, De La Rue is benefiting from operational productivity gains as well as an impressive array of environmental savings that have reduced their carbon footprint and environmental impact. The TrueContext® Pronto Forms solution allows companies to immediately eliminate the use of paper forms in the field while providing real time capture and reporting of mission critical information using mobile devices. These capabilities provide enhanced utilization of wireless assets, improved service quality, increased efficiencies across multiple organizational disciplines and reductions in cycle time and expense.

With De La Rue eliminating some twelve paper form pages per field technician each day, the environmental benefits to the global community are as followsa:
