Twenty realtors enjoyed a delicious breakfast catered by Panera Bread while Ann King, Prudential’s Broker, conducted a brief business meeting.
Jennifer Morgan, the Sales Agent for Laterra Links, World Golf Village Homes, shared recent news about her community. Many of the Realtors who attended had not visited Laterra Links recently. They were very interested in hearing all about the exciting news and progress at this upscale World Golf Village Home community. Jennifer explained that they had successfully completed the necessary, lengthy paper work and inspections process to obtain Fannie Mae approval.
