The innovative new service lets users make free App-to-App calls only using an email address. There’s no need to set up a separate screen name. Users simply find the email address in a contact list and call anyone else with the netTALK app for free. Users can also call any netTALK subscriber, including DUO, DUO II & DUO WiFi customers, worldwide for free.
netTALK App for Android and iOS also enables highly discounted calls to mobiles and landlines: 30% – 40% less on International Calling to mobiles and landlines worldwide. Users can pay through Google Wallet or charge it to their cellular phone bill with the “carrier billing” feature.Once installed, netTALK is also giving away free US and Canadian phone numbers with unlimited free incoming calls from friends and family.
Both the Android and iOS apps are completely redesigned, says netTALK. These are brand new apps, and not simply bug-fixes of previous apps that didn’t meet the company’s expectations.
