Local non-profit, Place of Hope, teams up with BrandStar's original series, Designing Spaces, for a special TV feature called "Spaces of Hope"
Produced by Deerfield-based content marketing company, BrandStar, Designing Spaces is a home improvement show that airs on Lifetime Television. This local edition will air on WHDT, WBFS (My 33) and WFLX (Fox) starting on June 22nd and can be seen online at designingspaces.tv.
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., April 8, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Place of Hope provides traditional faith-based, family-style foster care, with placement priority given to sibling groups and other special needs ("hard to place") foster children in need of consistent, structured long-term care. Based on their "pay it forward" non-profit assistance initiative, BrandStar developed Spaces of Hope as a new concept focusing on renovations and remodels of living spaces that serve the local community.
Place of Hope's Boca Raton location, The Leighan and David Rinker Campus, had completed all the original buildings; however, as the ground was broken on the Lane Education and Enrichment Center, the center was in serious need of building materials, furnishings, etc. That's where Designing Spaces' Spaces of Hope came to the rescue. In collaboration with generous partners such as Joseph Pubillones Interiors and Capitol Lighting, Spaces of Hope is giving back to this worthy cause by adapting the compound to meet the organization's needs. Some of the construction and design tasks needed included complete buildouts of the commercial kitchen, library/community room and nursery.
The Lane Education and Enrichment Center will provide comprehensive enrichment programs including art, music and independent living skills training for the Place of Hope residents. This center will also provide space for mentoring, tutoring, educational services, visitation and additional administrative office space.
