Sales for their flame retardant reflective tape line #9801 have surged by 32% as of the end of second quarter 2012.
The 32% surge in sales is a great achievement for Loxy as it comes on the heels of updates that were required early on in 2012 due to a concern over the use of Deca-BDE in products. While the material was not proven to be harmful, there was concern that its use could put the environment at risk. Taking a proactive approach to safety and good corporate citizenship, Loxy went back to formula and found a suitable and harmless replacement for their reflective tape lines.
Now, not only are the products safer for the environment, customers are seeing the devotion Loxy has to developing and refining their product lines to be far superior.
