matrix42, developer of Empirum, a leading solution for PC lifecycle Configuration Management Solutions today announced it is closing the year with record sales, strengthening its market share in North America. The company milestones in 2008 include recognition of Empirum in Gartner and EMA market analysis reports, a 300% growth in the Empirum installed base, and a continuing 98% satisfaction rate in its year-end customer survey.

One of the driving forces of the success in NA is the introduction of the Empirum SME pack. A bundled offering specifically designed for the small- to mid-sized enterprise (SME), the Empirum SME pack includes Inventory, OS Installer, Software and Patch Management--the solution set favored by 80% of matrix42 customers. The Empirum SME pack addresses one of the primary challenges of SME customers--getting a best-practice solution without high levels of complexity, training and cost. matrix42's innovative SME pack combines a comprehensive set of solutions and services, so organizations can quickly automate processes, receive training and achieve self sufficiency to easily manage the most critical IT services.
