Media Horizons, Inc. today announced that it has acquired Media People, Inc. in a move designed to bring expanded capabilities and expertise to both companies' clients.
For Media People, becoming part of a larger agency organization adds deep expertise in Strategy, Creative and Marketing Analytics. For Media Horizons, the acquisition provides closer relationships with world-class print and digital publishers. The companies plan to utilize the combined energy of both staffs to expand capabilities and ideas in the print and digital channels. Both Media Horizons and Media People are established experts in the direct marketing industry and have a long-standing business relationship, which allowed them to realize the benefits of the acquisition for each other and their respective clients.
