Merit Logistics Appoints Bob Shade Vice President of Corporate Communications to Advance New Client Relations and Customer Service Programs

Merit Logistics, a national third-party services provider, has appointed Bob Shade as it’s new Vice President of Corporate Communication. Mr. Shade has over 26 years of corporate communication, marketing and public relations experience working with business leaders and owners nationwide. Mr. Shade joined Merit in 2015 as the Director of Marketing and embraced the challenge of branding the company just after its inception. Shade personally spearheaded and developed every aspect of the company’s branding today including its logo, website, print, online and multimedia marketing vehicles in addition to corporate presentations and internal safety, HR and operations SOP manuals.

As VP of Corporate Communications, Mr. Shade will lead the company’s innovative new client relations program. He will serve as the main point person on every account in order to provide clients with a 24/7 customer service liaison to address any questions, concerns or service related issues. From the beginning, Merit has always taken great pride to provide companies with the most efficient and transparent 3PL services possible in order to build strategic, long-term relationships with their clients. In his new role, Mr. Shade will enhance these relationships by offering the most responsive customer service in the industry.
