Mind64, Inc. Signs Definitive Agreement To Acquire Los Angeles, California-Based Drexel Media

Mind64, Inc. a leading New York Sales & Marketing Agency for major global brands and innovative upstarts, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Los Angeles, California-based Drexel Media. The transaction is expected to be completed by early 2019 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

Founded in 1993, Drexel Media is a full-service creative agency with a strong reputation in both digital and mainstream media. The agency is structured in three main business units supported by cross-unit teams. The first unit is focused on the management of digital strategies, digital design and content, the second offers services in brand strategy and the development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, events and digital, while the third unit provides specialized services to start-up brands in the consumer product arena.
