MRI Software Appoints Marc DiCapua and Charles McDowell to Senior Leadership Team

About Marc DiCapua:
As an MRI veteran of 17 years, Marc DiCapua has held leadership positions within various areas of the organization, including Product Management, where he helped drive the strategic development of MRI’s Commercial Management, Foresight, and Accounts Payable product lines, and within Professional Services, where he led implementations of many of MRI’s largest institutional clients. Prior to MRI, Marc worked as Manager of MIS at The Yarmouth Group, a subsidiary of Lend Lease Corporation, where he implemented a full suite of networking technologies, as well as the MRI Property Management and Accounting Applications across their entire portfolio. Marc began his career as a Staff Accountant with Northern Lake Properties, a real estate investment and property management company. Marc attended the University of Toledo in Ohio.
About Chuck McDowell:
Since joining the MRI consulting team in 2007, Chuck McDowell has held a number of key leadership positions focused on providing clients with innovative and high quality implementation and training services. Chuck has led a number of major initiatives within MRI, including the creation of the MRI Enterprise Learning Library (MELL), the development of our Client Experience Program, and managing some of the largest implementations in the company’s history. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and professional services, Chuck has spent the majority of his career working in the real estate market within all major sectors across the globe. Prior to joining MRI, Chuck was a long-tenured management consultant with Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young) where he focused on leveraging both software technology and process improvement to deliver solutions to the global real estate industry. Chuck holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (Accounting) from Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
