St. Helena, CA (PRWEB) February 08, 2012
Napa Valley’s Harvest Inn adds a new Food and Wine Boot Camp to its menu of meeting packages for 2012. Designed to add team building and creative thinking to productive meetings, Harvest Inn’s one-day Food and Wine Boot Camp is basic training Napa Valley-style through an interactive cooking class at the world renown Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and wine tasting at an award winning winery.
At the historic Greystone campus, a CIA-trained chef guides guests through a hands-on cooking class, presenting cooking techniques both familiar and new, that culinary enthusiasts will enjoy replicating. After the class, guests dine together family-style at the Chef’s Table and enjoy the bountiful lunch or dinner they’ve prepared along with wines paired specifically to their menu. Hands-on cooking and meal is four hours.
Meeting attendees can either start or finish their day with an hour-long private wine tasting and tour at beautiful Markham Vineyards or historic Frank Family Vineyards.
