Although contracts for the exhibit hall, product demonstrations and sponsorships are welcome on a space-available basis through March 2013, organizations that submit contracts now will receive incentive pricing and a full six months of exposure during the NAPCP Annual Conference marketing season.

The NAPCP Annual Conference is a tremendous marketing and advertising channel for Commercial Card issuers, solutions providers, networks and consultants.

Today, the NAPCP unveiled its marketing and advertising opportunities for the 14th Annual Commercial Card and Payment Conference, to be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, April 14-17, 2013. Industry providers― issuers, networks, consultants, software and technology developers and more―are invited to download a brochure that describes the opportunities, including participation in the exhibit hall and product & technology demonstrations. A full six months of exposure and cost-saving incentives for event sponsorships are available to providers that submit a contract for the exhibit hall by October 1, 2012.

The Commercial Card and Payment provider community plays an integral role at the Annual Conference, delivering industry expertise and the latest in technology solutions. In addition to opportunities in the exhibit hall and product & technology demonstrations (the providers’ chance to “sell”), NAPCP Year-Round Partner Sponsors at the Silver and above levels deliver educational breakout sessions, presenting industry news, benchmarking, best practices and a unique perspective that comes from years of experience with clients around the world.

“Excitement is already building for this year’s event and the months of advertising exposure companies gain during the conference marketing season,” says NAPCP’s Meeting and Event Manager, Kara Austrum. “Right now, the NAPCP is offering 50% discounts on qualifying event sponsorships for providers that contract in the exhibit hall by October 1, 2012. The first e-mail to our audience of more than 7,500 card and payment professionals will announce Early Bird registration, exhibitors, sponsors, demonstrations and more. Our staff will continually update the NAPCP website and promote provider participation through the conference, making this a tremendous marketing and advertising channel no matter when providers are able to sign on.”

New this year is a chance for industry consultants to reach the end-user practitioners who manage Commercial Card and Payment programs on behalf of organizations from the Corporate, Higher Education and Government/K-12 sectors. The “Ask an Expert” Corner package includes table space in the exhibit hall, full conference pass, signage, and a logo and listing in the eighth edition of the NAPCP Provider Directory. “We’ve also added yet another networking event to the exhibit hall schedule.” says Austrum. “Monday afternoon will feature a dessert break with no competition from sessions, demonstrations or other programming.”
