New Coolsmooth Handpiece by Zeltiq Enables Previously Untreatable Patients to be Treated with Coolsculpting and will be in Dr. Weiner's Aesthetic Clinique in April 2014

While the FDA has only approved Coolsculpting for use on flanks (love handles) and abdomen, physicians have been treating other areas off label including: inner thighs, arms, gynecomastia, bra fat, and back fat.
