I named the directory BLUE because that is the color of the links, says designer Howard.

Howard Designs has developed a PDF directory of established websites called BLUE which has links to famous organizations, businesses, and Internet services and is suitable for users of all ages.
The Internet search industry has been dominated by search engines and online directories since the 1990’s. Released in 2020, BLUE gives Internet users a fresh new way to visit websites.
“I named the directory BLUE because that is the color of the links,” says designer Howard. “I chose the PDF format because it is a secure format and nearly all computers, devices, and smartphones can read PDFs.”
There are many uses of this digital product but the best one is for exploring the websites of well-known organizations. The “Museums and Art Galleries” topic, for example, has links to some of the most famous museum websites in the world. One of the links is for the Louvre Museum website that displays the famous Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci. Seeing this website is the next best thing to actually visiting the museum in Paris, France.
Recently, in the Travel and Tourism industry, there has been great success with “flights to nowhere” that help satisfy people’s need to travel in spite of travel restrictions. Similarly, BLUE can help satisfy people's need to explore the World using the Internet.
