North Texas Coaches Announce July 12th Group Coaching Luncheon and Workshop
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 -- The luncheon program is a look at Effective Group Coaching: Tools, Skills, and Proficiencies. This session will introduce the concepts and opportunities for group coaching. According to Fast Company Magazine, 65% of all companies and organizations who have coaching programs will be expanding them in the next five years. That expansion will be more and more in the area of coaching groups. To capitalize on this trend, coaches will need to develop their group coaching skill set and understand the differences between group coaching and other types of group processes.
The afternoon workshop takes a deeper look at Group Coaching: Real Life Applications. In this experiential workshop attendees will practice live group coaching. Participants will engage in actual group coaching, as a coach, as a coachee and as an objective observer giving instant feedback to other participants.
