Weighing in at less than 15 pounds, the all-in-one system features a 24"W x 6"H solid exercise platform with a surface made with a high-density recycled rubber that provides a non-slip surface with maximum traction. The Octofit logo placement acts as a visual guide to help improve foot strike and positioning, which aids in increased muscle activation. Additionally, Octofit is built with stackable risers that lock into place, allowing the system to be picked up and carried as one piece. Additionally, Octofit has adjustable and interchangeable balance dome options that let consumers increase or decrease range of motion and resistance.
Octofit's system features custom-made bands that are durable enough to deliver a consistent force and a full range of motion when performing any movement. The resistance bands are made of strong, quality rubber with handles at the end and come in 3 resistances (light, medium, heavy).
