Ohio Mills Corporation Continues Support of Special Olympics Kentucky at Louisville Polar Plunge

Cleveland, Ohio (PRWEB) February 28, 2014 -- Ohio Mills Corporation continues its support of Special Olympics Kentucky with its sponsorship of the Polar Plunge at Tumbleweed by the Big Four Bridge in Louisville, Kentucky, on Saturday, March 1st. In addition to its financial support of Special Olympics Kentucky, Ohio Mills is collecting used clothing and shoes at the event. The collected textiles will be recycled as part of a “green” initiative to help reduce the world’s carbon footprint.

Special Olympics Kentucky has been the exclusive charitable partner of the Ohio Mills Corporation for more than three years. The company has been an advocate of Special Olympics programs in other states for nearly 20 years.

During the Polar Plunge on Saturday, March 1st, Ohio Mills will have several of its familiar clothing collection bins at the event to accept clothing and shoes for recycling.
