In the new partnership, OncLive’s editorial and marketing teams will publicize important news from the University of Vermont Cancer Center. Based in Burlington, the University of Vermont Cancer Center is a not-for-profit clinical and research cancer center clinically aligned with the University of Vermont Medical Center. With more than 120 scientists and physicians involved in a full range of basic, translational, clinical and outcomes research, the University of Vermont Cancer Center is the only organization of its kind in the state.
“We’re delighted to partner with the University of Vermont Cancer Center, which is seeking to uncover new knowledge and understanding about cancer and the issues that affect patients,” said Michael Hennessy Jr., president of CURE Media Group. “By publicizing advances in cancer treatment and research being conducted at the University of Vermont Cancer Center, our goal is to motivate, encourage and inspire others.”

We are dedicated to innovative basic, translational and clinical research, offering the most advanced clinical trials to deliver cutting-edge cancer care of the future.”
A central part of the University of Vermont Cancer Center’s mission is to share with the public – as well as with other cancer providers, researchers and healthcare experts – the latest information on cancer prevention and screening, diagnostics and treatment, including advances in clinical and laboratory research and issues of survivorship.
“Through our collaboration with OncLive’s Strategic Alliance Partnership, we will be better positioned to fulfill our mission and communicate more effectively with our local, regional and international audiences,” said Stein.
