OpenEd Now Features Resources Aligned to All Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills Standards
LOS GATOS, Calif. This also will aid my data tracking and RTI processes by increasing implementation of these practices, allowing for more TEKs mastery,” she said. “I like that I’ll be able to assign videos for reinforcement of what’s required under the TEKS and that my students can go online for their assignments."
Doug Vair, a middle school social studies teacher at Carpe Diem San Antonio said that accessing OpenEd resources aligned to the TEKS will save him time as he personalizes learning for his students. “When I see that a student’s instructional readiness is not where it needs to be and I know that it relates to a Texas standard, I can go right to OpenEd and, without wasting time searching, quickly and easily find a resource that focuses on what the student needs to know,” he said.
