OpenSymmetry, a global sales performance management (SPM) consulting firm, today announced its 2013 community giving initiative supporting local charitable events and organizations throughout the calendar year. OpenSymmetry has selected HT Staffing’s First Annual Give-Back Party benefiting Dress for Success Austin as its first recipient. The event is being held on Friday, March 8 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Russian House of Austin. OpenSymmetry’s giving initiative will support additional organizations through sponsorship dollars, donations and employee volunteer activities.

Established in 2003, Dress for Success Austin is a non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Dress for Success Austin has enabled more than 5,000 women to pursue and achieve their professional goals through one-on-one coaching designed to help them build a personal network in a small, supportive environment.
