Operation Homefront Elects 2019 Officers for National Board of Directors

Operation Homefront announces the election of officers for their 2019 National Board of Directors.

Operation Homefront, which has been serving America’s military families® since 2002, today announced the election of officers for its 2019 national Board of Directors. Earning Charity Navigator’s prestigious 4-star rating for 11 consecutive years, Operation Homefront provides a broad spectrum of programs and services to help families overcome a variety of challenges while they are serving and as they transition and reintegrate back to the civilian sector.

The newly selected Board officers are:

Chair: MG (r) Lee Baxter, President, Signal Mountain Associates, Inc.
Vice Chair: Angelo Lombardi, COO, Cura Partners, Inc.
Treasurer: Laurie Gallo, former senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton
Secretary: Brig. Gen. (ret) Linda Medler, President & CEO, L.A. Medler & Associates, LLC

MG (r) Lee Baxter – President Signal Mountain Associates, Inc. After retiring from the Army in 2000, Baxter began his own company Signal Mountain Associates, Inc. For over 19 years, he has been offering consulting with defense contractors focusing on field artillery, general management and training.

Angelo Lombardi – After 27 years in the hospitality industry including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at La Quinta Holdings Inc., Lombardi was recently appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at Cura Partners, Inc.

Laurie Gallo – Former senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency.

Brig. Gen. (ret) Linda Medler - Medler retired from the Air Force in April 2014, after a 30-year military career. She is the President & CEO of Medler & Associates which provides cyber strategy consulting services to commercial clients and numerous U.S. Department of Defense customers.
