PackagingSupplies.com, a division of Cleveland Packaging, Inc., has acquired competitor PackIt-Right LLC of Ashland, Ohio at an undisclosed price which includes the assets, debts and liabilities of PackIt-Right.
Confirming the news, on the behalf of PackagingSupplies.com, owner and President Tim Spicer said, “We are hopeful that this acquisition will inject the excellent work culture, ethics and values PackIt-Right represented in the shipping supplies industry.”
“We are happy to say that now we can offer an even greater variety of packaging supplies to our customers. We will now be offering products manufactured by Sealed Air Corporation including bubble wrap and bubble mailers as well as padded envelopes.” Mr. Spicer said, “and if your company distributes classic vinyl records we can serve you better as now our product range includes LP Mailers, 45 RPM Mailers, CD Shipping Boxes and Record Insert Pads etc.”
It is to be mentioned that PackIt-Right was an authorized distributor of Intertape Polymer Group which means now the current customers of PackagingSupplies.com will have access to all the packaging tape and stretch film products made by the mentioned manufacturer.
PackIt-Right had a sizeable customer base on eBay and Amazon, the premier online shopping portals. It is currently tagged as a “top seller” on eBay with over 33,000 positive feedback results. This acquisition means PackagingSupplies.com will now enjoy a much bigger market share in the wholesale shipping supply industry.
